Omni Charlottesville Hotel

The staff was great particularly the doorman and security. Also a maintenance man was painting one of the doors on our floor and my two year old son ran in front of me and touched the door. The kind gentleman painting was so nice, took my son in his arms and helped wash his hands to get the paint off. So sweet and kind. We will recommend this place to our friends for location, family friendliness, services and amenities and we will always remember how kind everyone was to us.

The location is excellent. It is right on the downtown alley with so many shops and restaurants so we didn't have to drive anywhere else. The hotel does have a hot tub and sauna that were amazing but for some reasons aren't listed on Booking.com or the hotel's website, which was unfortunate since the hot tub is definitely a selling point to me. The hotel was renovated recently and their lobby/bar and restaurant space is beautiful and we loved sitting there enjoying the view and people watching

Staff was phenomenal... very kind and personable. Views from room were great. Room was super clean... like perfect. Nothing weird anywhere. pristine bed, shower, tabletops... everything. Housekeeping really does a wonderful job. beautifully designed/furnished. Beds and cotton sheets were so comfortable. We slept great. besides being gorgeous everywhere and having such a cool and open design we really appreciated the kindness of all staff we interacted with. We love staying here when we are passing through Charlottesville on our travels north or back down south.

I love the location on the Downtown Historic Mall. I liked the atmosphere in the evening. The new bathroom was nice.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location, right beside the downtown mall, makes for very easy walking to five bookstores and a 1960s drugstore soda fountain (Timberlakes) that serves a great chocolate egg cream.
